Bratislava Airport

|
Nine kilometres northeast of Bratislava, M. R. Stefanik Airport is Slovakia's major international airport and is the main hub for Sky Europe, who holds the lion's share of flights at 60%. Only an hour from Vienna (AT), Brno (CZ) and Gyor (HU), passengers from four countries flock to the cheap flights. The Bratislava Airport is also known for its ideal climatic conditions, putting passengers' nerves at ease with its anticlimactic service. You'll find the typical facilities including bureaux de change, left luggage, lost baggage, bars and cafes, duty-free shops, car rental and Panorama Restaurant with 360 degree views of the runway action. Bus 61 runs to the Central station every 10 to 20 minutes. A taxi to the Old Town should cost about 400sk and take about 20 minutes. |
